Case Study: Annual Production Analysis – Measuring Workplace Trends Across Multiple Productions

A one-year analysis across 22 productions to measure broader workplace trends. This large-scale analysis gave the client a clear view of workplace trends, helping them refine policies, improve talent retention, and strengthen work culture. It also established a benchmark for future productions, enabling them to track progress and continuously enhance their production environment.

The metrics assessed included:

·       Likelihood of crew returning for future productions.

·       Workplace conduct ratings.

Key Findings from Data Analysis

·       Productions with an average workplace category score above 4.5 out of 5 also found that on average 95% of their cast and crew wanted to work with the team again for subsequent projects.

·       A new production company, onboarded using insights from the data, achieved on average 16% higher crew satisfaction than previous benchmarks.

Conclusion

This data was used to inform workplace policies, refine leadership approaches, and compare the effectiveness of different production teams.
